The Baobab is one of the world's most recognizable trees, known for its longevity and unique shape. It has large, white, nocturnal flowers that hang down like lanterns, followed by large, velvety, oval fruits that contain a vitamin-rich pulp, often called "superfruit." Nearly every part of the tree, from its bark to its leaves, is used by local communities.
